  • 3-, 6-, and 12-Month Packages: Refund requests accepted within 30 days of activation.


2. Conditions for Refund

Refunds are granted only if one or more of the following issues occur and are not resolved within 48 hours of your support request:

  1. Service Unavailability: IPTV channels fail to load or stream.

  2. No Support Response: Our support team does not respond to your inquiry.

  3. Poor Streaming Quality: Persistent buffering, low resolution, or frequent disconnects.

To qualify, you must provide:

  • Order or subscription details (plan, activation date).

  • Description of the issue and troubleshooting steps taken.

  • Copies of your support tickets or chat transcripts.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Change of Mind: Decisions to cancel or downgrade your plan for personal reasons.

  • Adult Content: Requests related to adult channels (we do not offer adult content).


4. How to Request a Refund
